We understand that customers may need to modify or cancel orders after placing them. This policy explains how changes or cancellations apply to jewelry purchases including bracelets, earrings, necklaces, and rings.
1. Order Modification Window
Orders can be modified only before they enter the processing stage.
Allowed modifications may include:
- Updating shipping address
- Correcting contact details
- Changing product variant (size, color, or style if available)
- Removing items from the order
Once processing begins, changes are not guaranteed due to fast fulfillment.
2. Order Cancellation Window
Orders may be canceled before they are processed or shipped.

- Jewelry orders may be processed quickly after purchase
- Orders placed near cut-off time may enter fulfillment immediately
We cannot guarantee changes once fulfillment begins.
5. Fees & Refunds
- No fees for valid cancellations or modifications
- Full refunds issued if canceled before processing
- Refund timelines follow the Refund Policy
6. Orders Already Shipped
- Cannot be modified or canceled
- Must be returned after delivery if eligible
- Return conditions apply based on policy
7. Address Changes After Shipment
Address updates after shipment depend on carrier policies and may include additional fees or delays.
We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by late change requests.
